Draft — pending legal review. Company legal name, mailing address and support contact will be published here before launch.
When a business uses Callvale, we process the phone numbers of people who call that business, the text messages exchanged with them, and basic call details (time, duration, whether the call was answered). From businesses that sign up, we collect contact and billing details.
We use this information only to deliver the service: to send the automatic reply to a missed call, carry the two-way text conversation, show the business its inbox and reports, and meet carrier and legal requirements.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share data only with service providers that help us run Callvale (for example, our telecom carrier and hosting provider), and only as needed to provide the service.
Reply STOP to any Callvale message to stop receiving texts from that business. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS terms.
We keep messages and call records only as long as needed to provide the service to the business and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
You can ask us to access or delete information about you. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
